Conduct regular store visits to assess the implementation of visual standards and provide feedback to store teams. Trend Analysis and Competitive Research Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve merchandising approaches. Make recommendations for visual updates based on current trends and seasonal changes. Collaboration and Leadership Lead and train visual merchandising teams on best practices, product placement, and design principles. Provide clear guidelines and support to store staff to maintain visual standards. Collaborate with the regional and global teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and visual merchandising goals.
