Roofing Project Manager - Industrial Roofing - Base Salary to 120k/year - Fargo, ND

• Our client is seeking a full time skilled and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and estimating roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project milestones.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare accurate estimates and bids for roofing projects based on detailed assessments and specifications.
• Analyze project requirements, materials, and labor costs to formulate competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing installations meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, including field personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Possess knowledge of various roofing applications, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in commercial or industrial roofing, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, Planswift) and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera) and various Microsoft Office Suites
• OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of safety regulations in construction preferred.
