Location:
Canton, OH
Full Time, Monday- Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting duties
Day-day accounts payable and receivable
Payroll and ensuring accuracy
Month-end reporting and filings
Year-end reporting and filings
Deposit checks, maintain cash receipts and bank deposits
Prepare general ledger entries including month-end accruals journal entries
Audits
Miscellaneous tasks as provided by the owner

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and listening skills
Stable work history
4+ years of experience with a focus in accounting or finance encouraged to apply!
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred or equivalent accounting experience.
Proficient with data entry attention to detail and accuracy
Efficient and effective communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel
Analytical & customer service mindset
Recognizes urgency in solving problems and completing critical work.
