Responsibilities include monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing security best practices to protect applications and data in the cloud, and maintaining documentation of application architecture, processes, and changes. The role demands proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, and familiarity with core AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. It requires an understanding of DevOps practices, experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git, and knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
